Is Nyam.com Secure?

Nyam is dedicated to providing a secure shopping experience for our customers. To do this, we always keep our security systems up to date with best practices.

 

To begin, Nyam is powered by Shopify, which is certified Level 1 PCI/DSS compliant. This is the highest level of compliance any merchant can have.

 

As a result, Nyam.com is automatically Level 1 PCI compliant, which ensures our customers can have peace of mind when shopping from our site. Nyam.com uses the strictest compliance standards to protect our business and our customers. Our Level 1 PCI certification covers our store, its shopping cart and web hosting.

How is this achieved?

 

Nyam's shopping cart software includes an SSL/TLS certificate that uses industry standard 256-bit encryption technology. This is the same level of encryption used by large banks to keep your information secure.

For example, if a store's URL is http://www.example.com, then the URL is changed to https://www.example.com when the TLS certificate is issued.  

 

SSL/TLS certificates have the following benefits for an online store:

 

  • They add a layer of security by encrypting all customer data.
  • They help to build your customers' trust by displaying a padlock icon beside the online store's URL

How to track my order?

Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email with the order tracking code. Also, you can check the tracking code by visiting your Shopify account Orders page and clicking on the order in question. You can even use our chat widget that displays at the bottom right of each page.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we do not offer international shipping for our supplements. However, we are actively exploring this option. We want to ensure it makes sense cost-wise and that we fully understand and comply with all international laws and regulations. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work towards providing the best service possible.

How long will it take for the package to arrive at your customer's doorstep?

Please note, that usually, order fulfillment time takes 2-5 business days before shipping. Orders that contain more than 10 items might take 3-10 business days to fulfill. The countdown starts as soon as the order status changes to "Accepted". The first 2 hours, the order status will indicate "New". ​

You can make changes to the shipping address or cancel the order. However, as soon as the order is "Accepted", it is sent to our Fulfillment Team for preparation. It is not possible to edit/cancel the orders at this point. (You must make changes or email us at: info@nyam.com within 2 hours of placing your order). ​

If or when when decide to introduce international shipping, please know that all products are shipped from the US fulfillment center; therefore, customers from other countries will have to pay customs and import fees.​*Please be aware that there may be delays in the delivery due to customs-clearing processes.

What is your return policy?

Every order with NYAM is eligible for a full refund for 30 days after first purchase date. We're so confident in the effectiveness of our products and excited to support you in your long term goals.

Exchange

Can I exchange an item?

In case you/customer receive a wrong or damaged item, we will happily provide a replacement or refund, based on the desired solution. In order for us to approve a refund/replacement, please contact our customer support team(info@nyam.com) and send a photograph and a brief explanation of the problem. We will review the request and notify you of the approval or rejection of a replacement/refund.

If your claim gets approved, and you require a replacement, we will have a new order shipped to you within 5 business days. In case you request a refund, a credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment if requested separately. We can even even give you a special store credit/code to buy something of equal value if you request it.

Please note that the claim must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

Warehouse

Our manufacturing facilities maintains both temperature and humidity at levels that maximize stability and the integrity of our brand. The warehouse that manufactures our products has crossed trained and Osha Trained, certified employees that understand their significance within the success of not just our company but the success of our customers. 

Blending

We only work with manufaturers that use state of the art supplement mixing blenders, which are able to mix our raw ingredients within minutes. Our Nutritional supplements or dietary supplements sometimes come in complex blended formulations or pure and when they are blended we are able to produce these products in house.

Encapsulating

With our manufacturers state of the art supplement encapsulating machines such as a Bosch 3005 and Bosch 1505 allows us/our manufacturers flexibility on production output.    Bottling   Our manufacturers uses a state of the art bottling process that allows us to bottle up 40,000 per shift.    Labeling   At NYAM we know how important it is to stand apart from our competition. So we have made it our goal to create visually appealing supplements.   Quality Control   At Nyam, our manufacturers quality control of supplements manufacturing encompasses just not the production end but all aspects of our business. From every detail to every position in NYAM, we strive for the highest quality work and checks. Incorporating a third party Quality Advisor to help oversee and help control those little aspects MANY manufacturing facilities miss.

Are you FDA approved?

The FDA (Food and Drug Administration) does not approve dietary supplements to treat or prevent disease. Instead, the FDA regulates supplements as food, and supplement companies are responsible for ensuring their products are safe and their label claims are truthful.

Does your products have CoA's?

Yes! All our products have CoA's, processed by a ISO/IEC 17020 & 17065 certified labs. A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is a document that verifies the quality and purity of a dietary supplement and confirms that it meets FDA regulations. It is important for our customers to know that the product they are receiving adheres to the specific parameters and targets, and to ensure that it meets their needs. So buy with confidence.
