REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

Every order with NYAM is eligible for a full refund for 30 days after first purchase date. We're so confident in the effectiveness of our products and excited to support you in your long term goals.  

If you notice an issue with the products or anything in the order that seems to be out of place, contact our customer support team (info@nyam.com) and send a photograph along with a brief explanation of the problem. We will review the issue and notify you of the approval or rejection of a replacement/refund. If your claim gets approved, and you require a replacement, we will have a new order shipped to you within 3 business days. If you request a refund, a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few work days.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

 

IMPORTANT: To be eligible for a refund for any purchase, you must meet at least one of the criteria below.

All refund requests must be made within 30 days of your first vitamin purchase. Requests made outside of this time will not be approved. 

A refund or replacement may be provided if:

✅ You receive a faulty product. Note: Change in taste or appearance does not always imply the product is faulty.

✅ You receive a product that has been damaged during transit, approval will be at our discretion

✅ You receive a product that was not what you ordered

Conditions of approved refunds or replacements

If we have approved a refund or a replacement and you are required to return the original product, it must be received by us in a resalable condition. Returned products that are damaged during transit will not be replaced or refunded if packaged inadequately.

Refunds or replacements will be processed once we have received the original product back (if requested). Refunds will be processed via the same method used to purchase the products.

Approved returns must be clearly marked with the sender's name and order number. Return postage will be at the customer’s expense.

 

A refund or replacement will not be provided if:

🚫 There is a delay in delivery.

Please note delivery times are unfortunately out of our hands. Please note, that usually, order fulfillment time takes 2-5 business days before shipping. Orders that contain more than 10 items might take 3-10 business days to fulfill. While we always pack and send orders within 2-5 business days, our delivery partners can experience unforeseen delays due to weather conditions, peak seasons and other factors. 

🚫 You have changed your mind after completing a purchase.

Our warehouse are extremely efficient and get to work packing your order very soon after you complete your purchase. Unfortunately, once you have submitted your order and the status changes to accepted(within 2 hours) we cannot retrieve the parcel from our warehouse. We encourage you to try out your vitamins.

🚫 Buyer's Remorse – The products do not suit your personal preferences (including any issues with flavor, look, consistency or capsule size).  It is best to contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. 

🚫 Returned goods are damaged in transit. Please take care to package returning goods appropriately.

🚫 There is an error made with respect to delivery information provided. 

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

🚫 An authority to leave without a signature resulting in a missing parcel. 

  • Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility, and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or to your end customer (if and as applicable).


🚫 A temperature-sensitive product arrives at a warmer than desired temperature, or is exposed to temperature after delivery.

 

🚫 You return your product to the wrong address

🚫 You have already received a refund as part of this policy

🚫 Rejected by Customs - We currently do not ship internationally, but if/when we do and a package is returned due to customs rejection, NYAM will not issue a refund. It is the responsibility of the receiver/customer to pay any necessary customs fees.
